Innovation Board Play

The business game for schools and training.

Teams run a fictional innovation portfolio while an AI plays the market. One fiscal year takes one lesson: rate ideas, stop or continue them, allocate budget and people – and in the end the actuals show what worked.

• Several teams, each with its own plan variant
• The game leader picks the setup and market, e.g. boom years or crisis
• Debrief with ranking and the AI’s reasoning
